General Interest Meetings (GIMs)
Throughout the semester, CSO hosts several General Interest Meetings open to anyone and everyone, perfect for making new friends and memories! All are welcome to join CSO and enjoy our fun group activities in a casual, laid-back setting.
C.A.R.E.S.
The Children's Annual Remembrance Event Showcase is CSO's biggest charity event for the fall semester. CSO donates all the money raised from C.A.R.E.S. to Love Without Boundaries, a charity that focuses on improving the lives of impoverished and orphaned children. Love Without Boundaries provides orphaned children the opportunity of receiving love and care from foster care families.
CHINANITE
ChinaNite is CSO's biggest event of the year! For 19 years, CSO's annual ChinaNite fashion show has been a staple of the Rutgers community. Watch our beautiful models take the runway as they flaunt the baddest, the illest, the FRESHEST looks! We will be taking you guys on a journey centered around an array of luminous and sexy performances performed by our very own Rutgers students. All proceeds are donated to Love Without Boundaries, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing health care to handicapped Chinese children.
